To be more accurate, the name of this small, walk up shop is Molinera El Progreso. It's my go to shop in CDMX for spices, edible seeds, and many more culinary essentials for the avid cook. Many of their products can be purchased elsewhere, it's true, but at Molinera El Progreso, they are all available in one location.
