Looking for a birthday present for my son, I came across a Gin Kit sold by Nic at Brewcraft Pretoria. I contacted Nic via the Brewcraft website query facility asking him to confirm he had stock, and explaining that I needed the kit in Port Elizabeth within 48 hours!! His response was super quick. He had stock and he thought he could get it to me within 48 hours! I was sent an invoice for payment. I paid, included my physical address and sent Nic the proof of payment. If I'm honest, I had very little hope that the package would arrive in time but Nic kept me up to date via WhatsApp regularly. This morning, 9:30am the package arrived, right on time! Perfectly packed and exactly what I thought I had bought there were smiles all round! In this age of shoddy service and promises not kept, I highly recommend Nic and Brewcraft Pretoria for any online purchases! Brilliant service!!

Firstly they opened late, no excuse. Then the staff and owner where very unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not go there and will not recommend it. There are a few other distillers close-by that I will strongly recommend.
