**NJ Claim** Last year we had a significant fire in our home. We never had to file such a claim before and quite frankly we were naive. In the beginning, we just followed the directions of our insurance company, who stated several times not to hire a public adjuster for one reason or another. Long story short, once we received the first offer from the insurance company we went looking for help. Centurion Claims, specifically Bernard, was the best decision we could of made. He was professional and thorough and knew the laws in NJ in great detail. Bernard provided regular updates and always explained things well. He was the perfect advocate for us and provided the peace of mind you need when you learn that your home is condemned and your insurance company is attempting to low-ball you. We ended up with more than twice the initial offer. Only thing I would have done differently was to hire Bernard from day one. I approached Centurion when a pipe in my house burst upstairs, which resulted in my ceiling falling through from the bathroom and damaging the kitchen and backroom. Since day one they were nothing short of brilliant, they dealt with the loss adjustor and insurance company which took all the stress away from me and made sure I was well looked after throughout the whole process. They were very professional and I rarely had to chase them, as I had regular updates from Becky especially, as well as Kieran. Kierans expertise was top class and was great with the claim throughout. The result I got from the claim was amazing and was a big help in replacing my kitchen and fixing the house. Overall the service and outcome was second to none. I would definitely recommend if you need someone who knows what they're doing in this field.
Myself and my family highly recommend centurion claims. After our home being devastated by a flood we was left with unsafe environment to stay in and our home with extensive flood damage. It was a very stressful time for me and my family and we wasn’t sure how to move forward. We came across centurion claims details online and gave them a call. Kieran took away all the stress, spoke with our insurance company, quickly organised us some alternate accommodation and started clearing our home out. Centurion organised ensuring our home was safe, drying the excess water out of our home, storage of items and then agreeing the repairs needed to restore our home. Unfortunately we had the misfortune of the whole of the ground floor of our home being flooded with foul water from the sewers and were delighted when Centurion came to our rescue! As we both work full time, we were more than happy to appoint Centurion to act on our behalf and liaise with the Insurance Company.
