Their staff are friendly and fast. We got what wr needed quickly. The size is medium. Has most of the things you need with a lot of variety

Pathethic service. Placed an order online for collection. Website states that your order will be ready within 4 hours of less. I had to phone after 4 days to be told my order is ready for collection but no notification was sent to me. Took the mail I eventually received to confirm that my order was ready for collection to collect my order. Was advised that they cannot assist me with that ref number as they required an OTP number that should have been sent to me, but wasnt. No assistance was offered. I had to again queue at the pharmacy to get my order put together. And had to queue again to pay for my order. So much for skipping queues by ordering online. One week later and I still have not received that socalled OTP. Never again

Very very bored staff who wander the middle of the isles extremely slowly blocking access and causing jams. They aren't actually doing anything as they walk past the open fridge and the epic queue with nit enough cashiers.

2 cashiers on 1 till with only 2 tills open... lady helping me looked hungover and forgot to scan half the stuff before processing payment... L

This Clicks never opens on time. I like to do my shopping early but always seem to wait till they open. One Sunday I was waiting outside till 9:30. Standing infront of the store. No one in sight. Most likely going to wait untill 9:30 again.

Worst Pharmacy Services I've experienced. Full of staff members doing stock take but nobody can assist their customers. . I'd rather go to the Clicks at Blue Valley Mall - at least they understand the concept of "Customer Service and Satisfaction"!
