My experience was very different. Staff was VERY unfriendly. Lady at cosmetics could hardly bring herself to help me. She was clearly irretated with me and I do not even know why. I greeted politely and asked nicely for assistance. At the till the lady who rang up my products was as cold as ice. Management should have a word with their staff. I don't know why there is such a difference in treatment here.

I tried to contact the dispensary a number of times today. The phone kept ringing and ringing...and ringing. I have up after almost 6 minutes. I tried again. It rang and rang...after 2 minutes someone answered after the call was diverted (to reception or service desk or wherever). They transferred me to the dispensary again. No success. I also did not have the opportunity to leave a message. I tried for a 3rd time. No reward for guessing the outcome.

Prices on shelves for products are completely wrong. When you get to the till the prices are double or more than those on the shelves. On taking this up with the manager she simply shrugs her shoulders and says the shelves are too full and walk away. Clearly not interested in assisting the client

Wow what a wonderful stuff, I called this guys 15min before they close looking for my baby's milk and I stay 30km away from this mall, the whole staff waited for me to arrive and I was late but they didn't even complain. I thank you guys for the Good service you gave me today. You deserve all the Stars, Keep it up

The have the best service, for the whole staff to waiting for us while the shop is closed to collect baby's milk, they're truly the best.

Worst Clicks! Personnel was extremely rude. We got ignored by personnel when we asked a question. We wanted to return stock and the costumer care clerk was rude and was not helpful at all. They had their signature purple sticker Christmas promotional special stock packed out, with no indication that the special is not yet working, so this can be seen as fake advertising! I would not recommend this clicks to anybody this is definitely the worst clicks I have ever been to.
