Rather disappointed by an unhelpful trip here. Although one can understand that a jeweller is unable to clean, value, and issue a certificate for a piece of antique jewellery, for a price, what is unnecessary was the frosty reception I received to my perfectly polite request. Fortunately there are five other jewellers in this Mall, so I did find another jewellery store able to assist. Also the other three who were unable to assist were polite and friendly. I would not recommend this store if you’re taking someone to shop for a special occasion like an engagement, because some of the shop assistants behave in a manner that could be upsetting. The store still receives two stars simply because they have rather nice jewellery.
