The pharmacy is not entirely bad but there are a few concerning facts. 1. They are great when they are not busy 2. The Muslim lady at the dispensary is not very friendly I try to avoid her when possible. 3. They don't up their cashiers when it gets busy, their cashiers become very impatient when the pressure starts mounting. 4. The petite gentleman at customer care, his etiquette is rather questionable. 5. The pharmacy is supposed to provide essential services and is places next to two convenient businesses I.e. The Doctors and Spar yet it opens at 9am? If I come out of the doctor's office with a prescription, I have to wait for 9am but I can conveniently pick up a few essentials at Spar.

According to me,I regard it as one of the best pharmacy shop that yu can bet on when it comes to any health care products that yu require,from dental,skin care, fitness and wellness, beauty as well as cosmetics. Fairly priced too.so as for me I'm impressed,no complains

Dissappointed. Clinic nurse not very helpful when asking for information. Been dealing with the inconvenience of her negligence for 3 months. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.

We all take COVID19 seriously, but the staff here is making customers feel unwelcome. We feel we are bothering you by coming to this Dischem. Please do not harras customers we all are just trying to adjust to Covid regulations. no need to make people feel like they are in the Head's office. Kindness goes along way.

Always clean. They call me when my monthly prescription is due and prepare it for me, so I do not have to wait in line at the dispensary. That is what I call good service!
