Dissapointed... I was referred to Dr Celliers, but decided not to make an appointment due to an unwelcome greeting by the receptionist. No comforting words or reassurances only impatient, unwelcome words were exchanged. She was extremely agitated by my apparent "stupid" questions. Very dissapointed in the way patients are treated when trying to make an appointment.
