Shockingly poor service received from DSV

Very poor service!!!!! I have been trying to call them for more than 30 mins now and I cannot go through. Seems like they do no have enough consultants. I called a couple of times and in all the calls I have been holding for almost 10 minutes. Why put up a contact number if it's clearly of no use?!!! By the way, the 079 number put as their contact is not their number, it goes through to some guy who sad I called a wrong number. Had to go to the DSV Distribution site to get their actual landline number.
