These guys were superb. Ruben, Clinton and Fish were scheduled to collect a vehicle in JHB at 15:30 pm. After 2 hours of arguing with security (who would not release the car to the guys) myself and the owner of the car were told to meet Ruben there as they needed the owner present ( some complications meant that the owner could not be there at the scheduled time...blah blah blah) anyway...we got there. If i tell you these security guards took us to gold reef city because we went for a RIDE!!!!! We argued with security for FOUR HOURS before they let us take the car. Meanwhile these 3 heroes patiently waited for us to sort security out before swiftly towing the car to its predetermined destination at around 21:00 TOP TOP TOP SERVICE!

Got stuck at Menlyn Mall and my car needed to be towed to the repairer's garage in Pretoria North. I was a woman alone stuck on the freeway. Me and my fiance tried to contact some towing companies to come tow my bike. But no one was willing until we got hold of Impact Towing. Who without hesitation kept in contact with me to where they were and how long to get to me. 3 friendly young guys arrived got my bike strapped on and dropped me and my bike off a my destination. And on top of their on time and friendly service with it being the middle of the month and having to try get money to pay them they didn't demand money upfront before they would help me. Definitely keeping their number handy for future car or bike troubles. Thank You Ruben and Clinton. You guys rock
