We had a copy made of a coded car key. The key was working but the plastic was broken, so we wanted to copy the key to work better. When we got home and tested the key the car did want to start. Husband went back immediately and told them its not starting the car. Then they told my husband they destroyed the ild key so he can have it back. They told us they will come and put a chip in the car so the key works again. They never came and now they say they will charge us a call out fee as well as for the service. But they messed it up. Now they further refuse to assist or help us any further.

The guy that the shoes charged me R100 for 2 pairs of shoes after begging him to do it while I wait, where he said he will have it ready the following day, but was sitting on his mobile chatting. I wanted to to collect the following day, and still it wasn't done, and again he was sitting down and chatting on his phone. I told him that I am waiting, then he fixed it and used his hammer to amend the glue to the shoes sole, while I saw he hammered the small stone's on the shoe. Never again.
Went here about 2 years back and the lady charged me a different price to cut the same key as another customer that just came in. When questioned, she realized she was caught out and came up with a BS excuse that the metals are different. So they look at you and determine what the price should be.
My shoes are in a shocking condition after I took my shoes to Kitwe Dry Cleaners in Centurion Mall for new soles and a stitch on a strap! They broke my shoes while putting on the sole and other damages which were not there when I handed my shoes in, no damages were noted on the slip when i dropped them off. The shoe maker became so arrogant and was in a hurry to help other people!!! This place is not capable of fixing leather shoes! I deserve a refund for such shocking and disgusting work
The lady has no respect for her clients. She's obsessed about making money rather putting her customers first. She will definitely get a mention in a case study for Marketing Research.
One of the worst experiences of my life. This place doesn’t deserve a star. The Owner/Manager is rude and obnoxious, she shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all. They messed up two of my tops and when i took them on about it, she initially wasn’t too interested to help. When i said to her the service is bad and I wouldn’t recommend their shop she basically threw the clothes at me and chased me out of the shop. I think Centurion Mall management should look for a new tenant.
Terrible service, lady behind the counter was rude, dismissive and lazy. Was more interested in messaging on her phone than assisting.
Yep, that lady is extremely rude. If you have to go there, be prepared. The service is terrible. My stuff came back wrinkled. They don't even have fixed prices, she takes a look then gives you a price. Go elsewhere if you can.
