Service gets worse and long queues. Nurses don't have compassion and not helpful. It's a whole day wait there. No sense of urgency or help patients. To see the doctor is a wait as well. Every visit is a new doctor why can't the same doctors stay for a year or longer. Instead to explain what's your condition or what's wrong with you. Very stressful for one. At times shortage of medication. The person in charge there should really have a good look at the services there. And have surprise inspections offend and speak to the patients. And improve the services there. And take more interest in creating a better environment for all. And motivating the staff to give a better service. The filing department need to sort itself out because always loosing files. Or employ people that want to work and take it seriously. And not think it's a big loaf and still get paid for it. Should get systems in place and check up on it and not leave it.
