I have been with Level 7 for almost a year now and the service and fibre connectivity has been nothing but exceptional. The same can be said about the quality of service and the responsiveness of the support team. I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the great work guys.

Great telephone and face to face service from Vincent. However as a woman coming to the office premises the parking inside is not efficient. I had to park outside and stand at the gate for the intercom to dial me in....not a great setup for safety especially for an office park.

Had to change my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Faced 2 internet issues on 2 consecutive days on 18/03/2021 and again on 19/03/2021. I use my fibre line for work purposes and this has impacted my work negatively on both occasions which reflects poorly on me as a professional. I'll see how things go for next 2 months and change my review accordingly if all goes well.

Fantastic !! I have been with Level 7 for 2 years plus and I have no problems at all. Support is always friendly. Out of the several other ISP's I have tried it the past, Level 7 is by far the BEST! Keep it up.

I bought a package from them, and then paid upfront for the router so that I can pay month to month instead of having a contract. I specifically communicated to them that I am looking to upgrade in the future and they assured me that I would be able to do so easily with just a call to upgrade my line speed. I.E the assumption here is that I was given the correct hardware from the start. Time comes I can afford the upgrade and all of a sudden they sing to me different tune, wanting me to pay a further 900 for a "new" router and to upgrade. When trying to to reason with them, they decide to rather ignore you than engage. So if you intend to sign a contract with them, be aware you are dealing with the Devil and be prepared. Their tech service department is decent however. ***EDIT*** After their management reached out to me, we managed to come to equatable agreement. While it was a bit slow to get going, once it did their technical service was excellent and professional as always.

They were good and reliable at first, thought we were getting a good deal and great service when we relocated and switched from fibre to wireless, little did we know that instead of continuing with the existing contract. They gave us a new 24month contract.. Lately realising that they are over priced and network being highly unreliable we decide to switch to another much more affordable and reliable service provider(endless inclination) but now level7 cannot cancel our contract, nor can they successfully transfer the contract to somebody else who was willing to take it over, now im paying for wireless Internet from two different service providers, because i cannot get rid of level7 and i cannot use their Internet service either because it is absolutely horrible and extremely expensive... I highly recommend that anybody who is looking for an isp stay very far from level7
