Today had to repeat my order multiple times, eventually after managing to place my order I had to wait by the window. The lady asked for my receipt and as I drove off the order was STILL wrong. This is supposed to be a double Nazo.

What poor service that this restaurant is providing. The only why they insist on helping is to use the machine while 3 x tills is open ? I did asked the manager if he can get someone on the till to assist but he just walks away even why I called him. This is the worst experience that I have experienced in a restaurant of this franchise. Where is the signage board that says you have to place an order by the machine? Here is a tip for free. Put an signage board at the entrance of the door that states what is the procedures. I believe this can't be difficult? What do you say?

I generally enjoy their meat and steamed bread. This time though, the meat was tough, and slightly over seasoned. I wonder if making the purchase late in the day had anything to do with it. I will still go back though, their service, done well, is that good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food took a while to be prepared. We had to wait for the corn to be prepared, while waiting, the rest of the order was made. When we finally got our food, the corn was nice and hot but the rest of the food was cold. The chips was not nice as it was cold and rubbery. Burgers was warm and tasted decent. This was a sit in. Staff cleaned up nicely and covid protocol was followed.

Took quite long with my order. Waiting at the drive through. I had to ask whats happening. Your staff only replied after i complained. Had to park at your designated parking. Overall experience. Did not like waiting long and have to ask whats happening. But the food is great. I appreciate you taking the time to answer me. So, will give it a four. But, honestly that day your staff were not okay. For your staff rate a 3. But, for the food a 5 star rating.
