Im very sad to say after a lot of happy meals i received half boxes of chips that was not even salted after waiting a hour for the food. I really hope they make up for it. I was really hoping for a great diner after driving back after a long trip.

This remains one of the worst places to ever try and have a FAST food experience. Nothing is fast here and most of the time they do not have ice cream available. I will avoid this McDonalds at all cost at all times. They should just close this one.

Looooooooooong queue, especially just before it closes, but stuff are efficient and food are fresh because of that long queue, haven't had MC Donald for almost a year, trying to recall the taste and It is very MC Donald !

I’ve been to all Mc Donald’s in centurion and this is the only branch where staff don’t wear gloves or give food out on a Tray. I thought this was once off but I keep seeing it. Is the same standard not set out across all Mc Donald’s or does this one ignore COVID-19 protocol? If you’re touching all these customers and handling their food without any gloves, you are potentially risking everyone’s life. This is very disappointing.

We've been ordering here since it first opened, at least every weekend. Their service is usually tolerable. This time, however, they served my meal and I found strands of hair in my burger and fries. Finding hair in my food is disgusting, especially for a establishment as big as McDonald's. This is unacceptable, prompting me to write this review. Especially during covid, hygiene should be practiced more than ever. Disappointing
