I emailed Neil's Shuttle for a quote for a shuttle for 4 people to the airport and received no response. With my trip drawing near I then drove to their Centurion office to get a quote. Staff were not really friendly nor helpful. They told me to email them again as they can't quote directly. I did so immediately and they took their sweet time to respond with a quote, which happened to be way more expensive than their competitors.
