Charlotte and Ivy have gone over and above my expectations today. I went for a simple haircut to chop off my dead ends and ended up receiving the most heavenly wash and massage from Ivy, got my colour sorted with Charlotte's knowledgeable advise and some special shampoo tricks, followed by an excellent cut to revive these locks.
