Wow...what an experience. I went there to deliver a picture frame we have done for one of the emplyees. The security guard at the gate and the receptionist made me feel very welcome.the mood inside the office was simular to how you feel on a friday afternoon. I wish i was working there.

Claim nr: 298347091 still not resolved. What should be a day or 2 is now 2weeks and still nothing? A geyser that over flow and damage the ceiling, cant get any help or assistance!!! So if Outsurance cant help me with a small claim like this, what will happen if it was a bigger claim like a car. They are more worried about taking your out bonus then to assit you in getting your property fix. But you have to pay them every Month.....

Warning warning. I keep seeing the ads but would like everyone to be made aware its pointless saving on your monthly premium if they refuse to honor any claims. I have been paying this policy for 15 years and ask with tears in my eyes what has been the point both claims I have had for water damage 7 years apart have been repudiated. Wish I had known so I could have found a reputable insurer and not not paid 15 years premiums in vein.

I think they’ve become too big to get the basics right anymore. Was put on hold for a very long time; Couldn’t capture my name correctly; Can’t locate my profile on our Business Policy; Registered on the Online Portal but I haven’t been able to login for 2 days. Going to look around and change insurers. Nowhere as good as they used to be years back. Shop around!!!

Just try and remove something from your policy. It will feel worst that a police interrogation followed by, what could almost be considered verbal abuse, when they tell you, in not so many words off course, how dumb you really are.
