I just love pick and pay. They always have what I need at very reasonable prices. Their vegies are fresh and I just love their 4 for R100
I never knew that a place like PnP could be this bad. The store is clean and neat, but finding a helpful or friendly staff member was near impossible. Not a single person at the fruits and veg section to weigh and price anything, no helpful member in the isles only to find out the staff there does not even know if they stock it. All of this crowned by the utterly slow moving queues.

Dear pick n pay Irene Mall You are in busy centre yet you do not have sufficient staff to assist customers. I visited your store Sunday 25/04/21 only to be greeted by a queue longer than Van Ryneveld Avenue itself. On many occasions i have gone there, you have 5 cashiers at the tills and spend 20 min waiting to check out. 1 cashier at your "express" counter. Not aiyoba! Its month end and your store is going to be busy, get more cashiers! You have staff walking around doing absolutely nothing yet, i must stand in queue. Management is non existant, and if there are managers they are in the office on the phone "looking busy". Your store needs to be improved, customer service wise. Maybe go and have a gander at Pick n Pay Elardus Park, they have got their store running smoothly and efficiently, call me i can give you Gary's' number. Their staff are on point. I will not visit your store in the future, even though you are just up the road. I am really disappointed! You are losing customers and you have just lost another. See ya!
My favourite shop of all chain stores... Great variety of goods, fresh veggies and fruits, friendly, helpful staff.
I live a bit close to this PNP and u come here often, im always satisfied with my purchase!
