AVOID!! It's been a year since I installed a solar system with Proton Solar. We've had nothing but problems from day 1, upon further inspection we've been advise the system is not safe, has been incorrectly installed & of extremely poor quality. It's now not surprise the system has not worked since the day it was installed. Now Proton do not respond and have left us out in the cold. I cannot believe people like this are in business & how they have handled this. - Shocking response Proton, you are blatantly lying, I'll add this dishonest response to the case against you. I have never in my life experienced a supplier like you - fraudsters!

I ordered solar panels from them, and when inspecting the received products I noticed my order was substituted with cheaper products. When trying to inquire, emails are ignored, phone calls are met with snotty attitude, and then calls never returned. Their positive reviews are obviously fake judging by the proximity in dates. Stay clear of these guys, their business practices are as dodgy as their run down premises and scruffy neighborhood.

Very helpful staff, best prices in SA. I installed a 10kw system in my house with them. Very fast instalation and all is working 100 persent. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a solar system

If you want Bad service, this is the place to go!!! Bought a battery from Cristell @ Proton FEB2020, told me battery comes with a year warranty. After using it for the 1st time, battery refused to take full charge.took it back and was told only 6 months warranty and than no warranty, September 2020..they never return calls...Cindy was to email battery report, but to date, nothing.Bought energiser battery but they invoiced Royal battery...will never go back..cheats and liars

We fitted a 10KWA system and it last two to three hours. The owner does not want to fix the problem and he say I need to install four more batteries. The usage he tested was only 300 - 400 watt. My stove and my geysers are not even connected to the system. I got a second opinion from an electrical engineer who was of the opinion that something is wrong. After mentioning it to the owner, he told me that an electrical engineer does not know solar electricity like he does. This scares me! After our last communication, he blocked me on his phone.

have some troubles with not all boxes were delivered from the courier , and struggle to get answers from theme through mails and telephones are not working. Manage to sort it out.Apart from that received it in a a week
