They advertise delivery, but do not assist their drivers with working mobile phones. So the driver could not contact me for access code. He had to drive back to.the shop and back again. Then has the audacity to tell me the pizza won't be cold.

Standing inside the shop phoning and listening how the line is ringing but they don't answer. After the third call the one lady fiddled with the phone and all of a sudden no tone anymore just ringing on my phone. I really don't mind phoning a few times till i get trough but seriously. Don't say you do take call orders if you don't answer the phones. Also its not really hygienic for the drain water running outside the shop.

Roman's Pizza is undoubtedly on of my favourite pizza joints - I love their specials the most. Bought 2 pizzas for the price of R99. In December they had an even better special, always keep your eyes on a lookout for their unbelievable specials, I can guarantee you that quality standards are still maintained. Roman's you never disappoint.

Placed order 45 minutes before delivery time, stipulated will collect sharp 15:15. I repeated time twice. I arrived on time felt 2 x large pizza boxes were cold. Refused to accept order. New pizza were made for me. Whilst in 5 - 7 minutes waiting time 2 Counter Attendants dissapears out with my cold pizza. One attendent were the Manager on duty. I asked Attendant staying behind what actually happens in such a case. She said they share pizzas amongst each other alternatively just chuck those pizzas in the bin. The other worker from the back claimed my other cold pizza. Could someone please get this message to the Owner as his profits are been eaten up in stead of paid into his bank account. My question remains was this a slip up or planned.
