Very unprofessional. The staff talked the whole time while doing our pedicures and back massage. We are supposed to relax while getting the treatments not listening to them talking CONSISTENTLY!

Came here to wax my eyebrows and it was the most painless waxing and threading I've ever experienced. The cooling agent also helped to ensure that I do not experience any breakouts thereafter. The service was fast. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes without a prior appointment. I would however suggest that you make an appointment as it does get busy
