Your Matric Buddy

The online system to make an appointment is not working for me ,a thousand times I can't make a booking. Question is ,why do you have call centres that can not effect new identity documents on the system. Now I will have to starve, beg for food for ,I don't know how many months for them to physically open to get my provident fund. No replies to emails either .

Excellent service received from the Doringkloof staff members from Security to Agents. I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes in the queue. Special appreciation to the gentlemen called Quincy.
