Save your time and money and don't use Starplex Maintenance, they cant help you.... If your Insurance wants to use them please decline and try a diffrent service provider, or ask for a payout and do it yourself. Its been 2weeks now trying to get my ceiling fixed, still not done!!! Alot of excusses not to do the job and there communication with the insurance is non you will have to be the middle man and project manager to sort out your claim.

Absolutely pathetic. No communication with their clients whatsoever. Just pitch up whenever suits them. Has no sense of urgency and always have excuses of why the job can't be completed. Just TERRIBLE! Read all their reviews on HelloPeter - company reputation speaks for itself.

Very disappointed. Although arriving on time they did not have the right tooling to complete the job. I provided the tooling and was told the element to our geyser needed replacing. It was not disclosed to me that it was not replaced until I asked for the old one back and was told it was a loose wire. They had to come back later to reace the element.
