i stepped into the store in forest hill and ive been to many of the stores, but the service given by Sibusiso at this store is phenomenal. his knowledge of the produyct and our the differentr skin types and which scent compliments which type of occasion and time of day is mind blowing. he deserves a huge bonus every year this guy
Great service from the staff
I went to TPG last week. I wanted to but the Olympea. The lady gave me the tester to smell it and I said I would buy. So she mixed it behind the counter. When I got home it was totally different. I don't like the smell at all. I wasted over R400. Worst experience ever and it was my first time. I won't recommend anyone to buy from your shop.
Great service
I was charged double for the same purchase in the name of network error and the money was not reimbursed till today, I have to use my time and travelling expenses to sort this with the bank, whereas at timberland menlyn it was done by the business itself, so my first experience was very bad and being made to feel like it's my fault and the banks!!!
