Ordered tiles early in January 2021. Was told they would arrive in the next week. A week later, was told they would arrive the next day. Called midweek, was told they'd arrive the next day. Same story for the next 3 weeks. Eventually, had enough and asked for a refund. Only good service was getting the refund simply and easily. Save yourself the frustration and don't buy tiles from them

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER TILES FROM THIS COMPANY!! The suppliers are not being paid so the deliveries are refused, they keep making promises to have my tiles the next day the staff has to lie to the clients and I have been waiting over 3 weekes for my tiles. They let you pay upfront and then you never see your tiles. I have been begging, I have been patient and nice. It is not the staff's fault that they cannot deliver. You can never talk to a manager or the owner!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH CLIENT SERVICE THIS BAD!!!
I have had the worst experience with this store. I purchased mosaics from this store and they promised that they will order the tiles and it will take 2-3 days. After 3 days i called many time and they promised to call me back but never did. A week later they tell me that they have an issue and they will give me a refund. The refund was suppose to take a few days but now its almost 2 weeks and I didn't get anything. I tried calling the store but no answer then i Whatsapp Angela, the lady that assisted me, and she replies that they are closed for the holidays and i must wait till next year. This is ridiculous as they put me in a tight situation. I will never buy from this store again.
Never ever order anything from this store. I ordered laminated floor month ago but I have not received my stock. Each time I enquire I get different stories the owner is not answering calls
I ordered 4 Boxes of tiles that was short, It was paid in Dec 2020. and was told that it will come in January 2021. On the 13 Jan i called Angela, and was told it is ready but is in Joh. As I had pervious very bad experience with her I adviced her that I will call back to check if I can pick up the next day, as she told her boss is coming through and will bring it along. Today is the 18 and still no tiles. I have tiles 3 houses after this and will never ever buy tiles from this company, I have also adviced my family and friends about my experience. The service level from Angela is one of "don't care". The reason I always call back is because she never does call back.
Bought the tiles on 19 August at Centurion branch and it’s 30 September still we have not received the tiles.The invoice states delivery date of 24 August and we called the Centurion branch beginning of September and was informed there was a misunderstanding the tiles will only be ready end of the month of September. 29 September we call and the lady(Sanmarie) rudely says that the tiles are only scheduled for production on the 7th of October and I must remember my “tile fitter”does not only have my house to do he has other jobs(as if that has anything to do with tiles of Italy failing to deliver the tiles in time promised) I paid R40 000 in cash and don’t owe anything on these tiles and when I ask for the tiles delivery I get promised month after month. She lied and said tiles will be ready end of September when I call exactly end of September to check what’s going on she was rude tells me my house is not the only house they tiler is busy with... something that is none of her business Three months later at end of October after back and forth, we eventually got hold of the owner and asked for refund for the tiles since they failed to deliver. We got paid only R15 000 of the R41 000 paid, a few days later received a further R16 000. When we enquired about the rest of money the owner said we must contact the store for a reconciliation and now they are ignoring our emails, calls and sms.Still owing us the rest of the money and it is today 9th Nov 2020 for the money paid in cash in August 2020.
Got great quality tiles there, at a fair price. I rate them "Tops" for the service, quality and for pricing better. love the tiles we got from them. they look great and are easy to clean. only snag is you have to wait daayss for the tiles as they do not really keep stock. best to check and order in advance to avoid stress.
