Really poor service from this company, not once but every time I have been to this shop. Quietly standing in the queue outside the shop and hearing how other customers are dissatisfied makes it an even worse experience. They really don't even deserve a one star review, it should really be a zero star review.

You get a LG phone on contract. The sound does not work while your daughter play games. Taking the phone back to the shop does not help. The staff is to incompetent to fix the problem. Sitting/standing for more than an hour and them phoning all-over for advice they still cannot fix the problem. This is now when they give their attention to you as customer as they are constantly talking to their colleagues and other customers. This is the worst service received from any vodacom store. It is hard to believe but this store is worse than Telekom and that should tell you how bad it is.

An account was opened against my name by one of the sales staff at your branch for a router to a person unknown to me on 23 July 2020. Vodacom has been billing ME since then. I was advised to lay a fraud charge which i did and all the documents was handed to the West Coast branch on 03/01/2021 They have tried there utmost best to sort this problem out but till today with no avail. This account is now in arrears to the amount of R10 099.00. !!!!!! Where do i go to get this account sorted out because it seems to me that the helpfull branch in Langebaan has now also given up hope. As a matter of fact the fraud case was closed by Vodacom but the problem was still not sorted out. Please advise the way foward Thank you

I arrived there when they opened, just wanted to check if my wifi has data or not,but was told to wait for a technician, but my problem was not a technical problem. There was only one technician at the store, I waited standing, no chair was offered for me even when I requested it. Until one lady asked me again and she was able to help me, she checked the data and requested me to buy. It really hurts to spend 3hours for something that would have been done in 20 or 10 min. Will try by all means never to visit that Vodacom shop again

We have contracts with all networks, and although my main contract is MTN, this store will make me be a vodacom client. Cot a new contract from them and did not take 40 mins. The lady that helped us was so friendly, and product knowledge was very good.
