Vox is such a let down.We waited for more than 4 weeks for their services.On last minute they tell usthey can't do it anymore. Get other service provider for your sanity.

tried doing a line upgrade last year and nothing happened. Tried to do a line upgrade this year and still nothing for the second time. this is now a 3rd time and they taking over 3 months to do a line upgrade. Worst service i have experienced.

It is a pity that you do not get negative stars as this would a -5 rating. Staff are rude and arrogant and do not respect the fact clients a layperson / not technical. We have encountered problema with them from inception of our contract and they mislead clients on T&C's . This is a service provider I would avoid for FTTH and ISP services.
