I SUGGEST YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Do NOT rent from them. Staff is very unprofessional, they never answer the phone, you literally have to call 10 people and wait 3 months for anything to get fixed. There was a dead mouse in the toilet when I moved in. There were mouses everywhere and when I called about it the maintenance man came out (a month and half later) he told me a company would come out.... I showed up to the house and there was 5 packs of rat killer. Then one day I show up to the house and there is 2 cranes and a 18 wheeler in my backyard! I called the police and got a report and everything cause NO BODY told me they were coming to cut and remove all the timber. That went on for about 2 months and there was nothing I could do. They held 150 from my deposit because I left 4 full unopened bottles of water ( from when I moved out) and a 5 pound gun safe. Since when did it cost 150 to “ remove “ a safe.... horrible company!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

Been renting from them for about two years and without a doubt the worst company ever. My child is one and our air is broken and has been for the past three weeks. You call and you get the run around and then the Knowles team says that you have to call another number for the landlord, once you call the landlord he doesn’t answer so then you have to call the Knowles team again to tell them to tell him to answer the phone and then you may get ahold of him. Very very rude and unprofessional team. Certainly not the type of team I would like to rent from and the reviews clearly don’t lie either. Every time we call for anything there is either an attitude or no answer. The office hours are completely impossible. The only people the hours work for is for them. They have never even seen the inside of my house. So whenever something is wrong they have no clue what I’m talking about, which makes it very upsetting because they are NO HELP. The only reason we rented through them was because we needed a place to live and they were our last choice unfortunately. EDIT : 1/19/21 I’m just getting a response from my review a year later and look at the depth of the response.... BASIC. Automatic response, y’all really need to do WAY better.
