Fantastic experience! Went to the showroom to design the pool table and James may have been one of the most passionate and fun to work with people I have EVER met in my life. They were able to squeeze in a custom table, deliver, and install the week before Christmas while working around our schedule. The table is absolutely stunning and the whole experience has been in incredible. I’d ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys to ANYONE looking to create a game room. Exceptional service and even better people!

This is the absolute best place to purchase any entertainment equipment from. James is not only friendly, informative, he actually cares about what you want. He takes an incredible amount of time to talk to you and try to understand what it is you’re trying to accomplish. He remembers everything about his customers which is probably the most impressive thing. Wow, I am totally blown away by Century Billiards & Game Room. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and it was an honor. Father son team who really care and love what they do. I went in for cue repairs and left with them repaired in record time and 4 New pool cues. They went above and beyond and really enjoyed my experience at the store. They have been in business for decades and it shows by their generosity and knowledge of the business. I am not a professional but I will tell you these guys are. Overall excellent experience. From start to finish James was informative and provided us with the best options to make a decision. His delivery and setup team were top notch and did all the right things during this uncertain time. I would not shop anywhere else. I live 20 miles away and happy I made the trip! Great experience! James was extremely responsive by phone and email as we determined what table we wanted. And then was great when we changed at the last minute! Rapid delivery and he came on site personally. Noticed details about the positioning of the table and made a change that was better than we had planned. Made great recommendations on the table cloth color as well. He really knows his product and is genuinely helpful in offering suggestions. We love our table and couldn't be happier with the service!

The manufacturer had issues with manufacturing some parts of my table due to covid but century billiard set up a show room table in my basement during the wait. My table came a few months later and I couldn't have been more happy with it.
