Our insurance pays 100% of the cost of dental if the fee guide is followed. This business advised me that they charged per the Alberta Dental Fee Guide so I went ahead and booked in myself, my spouse and our son. A year after the dental cleanings and fixes, they emailed me a bill for around 600. When I looked at the ledger, it showed that they were charging MORE than the dental fee guide so I questioned why they advised that they charge per the fee guide. The receptionist continually argued with me that the fee guide was created by Great West Life and that Great West Life \just didn't want to pay it.\ Completely incorrect. The Alberta Dental Fee Guide is put in place by the Alberta Dental Association so that dental offices are not over charging. The fee guide is not mandatory which I understand, however why would I allow my family to visit a dental office that over charges when I have 100% coverage per the fee guide? I have now received the bill again with a 107 late fee charge. I will also mention that two other dental offices checked the fillings done by Century and advised that they need to be completed again as they were done incorrectly. I do not recommend visiting this dental clinic. I will pay the 700 \owed\ to them and I will warn every other local who is considering using their services not to!

First time, Very clean comfortable, reception.Dr.A. took very good care,attention to detailed work on my teeth.His assistant was very personal and professional! I recommended century crossing dentistry! Dr.A(A.K.A.) The grinder!...lol!

I would give 1 star if I could. Stay away from this place. I went in for 1 tooth to be fixed. I spent 2 hours. They did exams. X-rays and did some plan for me when I did not request it. I asked for a tooth to be fixed. They wasted 1000 of my money and sent me home WITHOUT fixing my tooth.. now there reception is going to argue with me and threaten to take me to collections for 100 bucks when they scammed hundreds from my benefits .. This place has been reported to the dental association for malpractice. Be aware I would like to also add to this review also. Now the reception wants to be belligerent and harass me in emails, further threatening me with a sooner collection efforts. Be aware of this place. They will charge for services you don't need done. They won't perform the work you request. Unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Much better dentists out there who will perform the work you request. Not push 1000 worth of exams on you every 3-4 months. And than not even ask for approval or authorization before they go ahead and do it.

We have been going to Century for years and they always go the extra mile to accommodate our anxieties, financial situation and crazy family. Just yesterday, I found myself late for a presentation for school and was about to burst into tears. Jolane helped calm my boys so I could compose myself to do my presentation in their bathroom. It was ideal and wasn't what was planned, but through her grace and understanding, I passed my presentation and won my debate. Thank you!
