Randall and his crew did an outstanding job! Totally upfront, transparent and honest in undertaking a complex task. Even came back on the weekend to check to make sure about the special copper struts that needed to be ordered. Supplier increased the price of some material and Randall refused to allow me to pay for the increase! Look NO FURTHER -

Randall and his sons put up and all of our gutters. He let us know we needed a new roof and even help us patch some areas until we get to the roof. He did very fast work, it’s a 2,100 sq feet home and it took him and his sons a total of 2 hours. They look great and match the color of the home perfectly! He is honest and will give you his experience. In fact we wanted gutters that were more expensive that were covered, and he was very honest about it, he could have made more money with those but he was honest and did not sell me something that in his experience, I was not going to be satisfied. Anyone looking for a bid pls be clear on the scope of work and be sure its all on the bid! I had no issues. Our neighbor loved ours so much, she did her gutters with Randall as well, and also very happy.
Randall seemed like a good guy at first, but ended up being a bad person overall. Reputation means a lot and he's lost it with me. Very bad customer service and will not recommend him for any needs going forward. Wish I would've gone with another company. He was supposed to put in gutters for two sides of my house, but only finished one side. He then charged me for the entire money amount quoted and said he didn't agree to do both sides, but only one. He then sent me a letter accusing me of agreeing to his terms, which is incorrect. An absolute con artist move and unprofessional as well. Buyer beware.

Randall was amazing. He installed my rain gutters in San Diego recently. He did great, quality work for a reasonable price. It only took him 4 hours to complete the entire roof. Most importantly, I found him to be honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for these services.
