Very good. Huge range of floor and wall tiles and the sales team were helpful, knowledgeable and very good with their communication. Purchased some tiles years ago from CTW. They couldn't get the exact match due to the age of them, but they sent all the info to the manufacturer who managed to get a very close match to our original tiles and got them to me within 5 days. Very good service

Good choice but for a 'warehouse' in the name it was rather disappointing to hear tiles I wanted are on 3-5 working day delivery timeline
Bright and breezy showroom and friendly staff who were able to help us select the right tiles for us. Lots of samples on display and they were able to get other colourways from the storeroom. Our tiles were non-stock but were ordered and arrived within 48 hours. Great service!
Can't rate them highly enough, I would always try them first when looking for ceramics, knowledgable and friendly staff, really efficient service.
