I had the experience of being at Eben Donges Hospital in Worcester as my Uncle had surgery performed at this hospital. 5 star hospital indeed with highest professional care. However my uncle had to be transferred to Ceres Hospital to recover for a few days. This hospital is shocking. The service from nurses, the staff, the entire hospital leaves you feeling shocked. Upon arrival, the entrance looks like World War 3 is about to occur. There is so much disorientation. There is no order. You first speak to nurses , then they refer you to security guards about status of patients ????Patients are sleeping outside on park benches. In the corridor what had to be the reception area, is a reminder of the havoc and chaos what is to come inside this place . I do believe this hospital needs to be closed down with immediate effect. I do not think anybody will get out here alive or will probably catch a virus just being inside. My uncle was discharged from the hospital and when I arrived at home the nursing staff kept his IV drip , the small tube , which is the catheter still attached in his vein ??. They are so negligent. Unfortunately this was the second time my Uncle had to be there during his stay. The first was for an op he had for his pelvic operation. Luckily , the operation had to be performed at Eben Donges in Worcester. The operation was a success. However for the next 6 weeks he had to recover at Ceres Hospital and he was transferred back to this hell hole .And let me say the aftercare was horrendous. He lost 30 kg while being under the care at this Ceres hospital. How is this plausible? Please close down this facility. People are only.going to suffer more and die for the non chalant handling of their patients. People will die

Was waiting six hours for a doctor. A person who did not even have drawn gis file was called by a staff member who happens to know him and was taken straight to the triade and then to the doctors waiting area and his file was collected afterwards. Their was small children and elderly people before him in the qeue. One doctor on duty at casualties and she have to atend to labour ward aswell. Patients lives are at risk here.
