Very positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone with a Mazda. I wish they were closer but it was worth the drive. Very clean and Covid-19 compliant. Five stars on everything.

From start to finish, I felt like a VIP customer. Employees were friendly and helpful, the lounge and restrooms are clean, modern, spacious, and allows for social distancing. They washed my car. I used to go to Orange but now it's too far for me; Culver City is actually nearer but I did not have a good experience there.

I took my car in because the engine kept smoking. Come to find out, the engine cylinder head was broken. I was advised the part was on national back order and it would take some time to complete the repair. Daniel was awesome!!! He set me up with a loaner vehicle in the meantime and provided me with updates regularly. The part needed took about a month to receive. As soon as it was delivered, Daniel had his team work on my car and it was ready for pickup shortly after. Great customer service! Thank you Daniel :)

Second time I can say we’ve had a wonderful experience at the dealer, we purchased our Mazda 6 today and the moment we walked in we were lucky enough to run into Edgar (salesman) and worked with us on looking for the perfect one.
