McKenna VW makes you feel like part of the family! I moved my startup from Boston to LA on a tight budget and the first priority was finding a car. After weeks spent searching on ALL the car sites and only coming up with countless dead ends, I was immediately slapped with reality of how hard it is to get a quality car for less than 5k. Thankfully I found a trade-in 2001 VW Cabrio at McKenna that was in amazing condition. The team there was super nice, responsive, and able to accommodate my budget. They even offered to give me stick-shift driving lessons! I'm so in love with my new car and thankful to McKenna for making it happen

I had great experience with Jose and Francisco and manager Devin. Even the General manager Danny came to greet himself. It was easy and smooth process even though I gave them hard time. In the end, i was happy with the deal they offered. I don't understand why they have low reviews but I had a great experience and i highly recommend it. I can't comment on the service dep yet as my car is brand new.

Go to Eddie Del Angel. He will take care of you. Honest man and he really tries to get you a great deal. Walked out extremely satisfied with our brand new 2021 Tiguan. Thanks again Eddie!

Unfortunately a good situation turned bad. The salesperson Eddie assured us that our old car payment would not be taken out of our account. Now because of his negligence the old car payment came out and now I have to wait 3 weeks for me to get my money back. This was not my mistake because we were proactive in asking if this situation would occur. If the salesperson had said there might be an issue we might not have moved forward. I feel lied to and now I am out a lot of money. I asked to speak to his manager, and of course he puts me on hold and then hangs up. What makes matters worse, no call back. Very disappointed. I would think twice before putting faith into Eddie from Cerritos. Bad representation of a good brand.
