Cindy the Lincoln Advisor is a powerhouse and hands down, the best service writer I've ever had. She's been my advisor for the past year and has helped with all my warranty concerns on my 17 Lincoln Continental. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all my issues are addressed. I had nothing but bad experiences here previously(I think I even left a very negative review)but Cindy has unintentionally made up for those mistakes. That's is very much appreciated on my end. Keep it up Cindy!!!

I appreciate the special attention from my sales person, Mike O'Conner and Angie Hermanns, the General Sales manager. I converted from the 2014 Cadillac XTS to the newly released Continental. With Mikes help I discovered all the excellent features in the new flagship and became quite excited about converting to the Lincoln Brand. Together, we configured just the right combination of options and features for a new Continental. Mike looked tirelessly to locate just the right vehicle and with Angie's help positioned a financing arrangement which would work within our requirements. I feel like this Lincoln Dealership is the best blend of authentic personal attention and service packaged within in a modern high tech dealership. Finance and Lease returns went off without a hitch, the car was delivered in spotless condition. The service department introduced themselves and Susie Wells made me feel quite welcome in case any details or adjustments would need attention. The appearance of the dealership is clean and fresh, plenty of seating and a comfortable lounge in case there is a need on a busy weekend.

Made an appointment on the 26th of December for the January 2nd. I told the employee what needed to be done. The day comes and I am told at the dealership that there is no one that can do anything to my vehicle. If my vehicle takes more damage because the dealership wont service or fix the problem my car has who ends up paying!?!?!?!?
