My inspector, Angelo, explained what he was doing and why; what he was looking for and what it all means to the construction and lifespan of the structure. He doesn't just walk around on land and make topographical notes like some \inspectors\ do. He gets into a wetsuit, dives right into the water and gets you detailed information on every foot of that wall. His report includes underwater photography, any recommendations about repair, the anticipated lifespan and freely answers any questions you'll have.
