We have used Certified Moisture Testing multiple times the last few years. This company is top notch, and went above and beyond each time we've used them! Haley, the Office Manager, is responsive, friendly, and so helpful. Alan Powell is a true expert in home moisture assessment, and was incredibly helpful to us in both the purchase and sale of our stucco home. He is trustworthy, comprehensive, and really passionate about educating homeowners. I highly recommend utilizing their services!!

Very helpful - lots of great recommendations and realistic ideas for how to fix the smaller issues that were discovered during our inspection. They were straightforward, and timely with the report after the inspection.
In September of 2019 a competitor completed a moisture test and we used our results for remediation. This spring a buyer of our house used CMT and found spots that were previously fine in the competitor report but were not consistent with CMTs findings. We opened the stucco up and CMT was correct and this cost a sale. I would only use CMT as I believe in there methodology. SL from Shoreview, MN
We had to schedule a last minute moisture / stucco testing for a home inspection. CMT was able to do an inspection next day after we called them... so quick! After the inspection, they were able to provide us with a preliminary report same day due to urgency with our inspection timeline. Talk about ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! CMT was great to work with. We live in a townhouse with an association and they were able to coordinate all of the testing for the neighborhood to be done in one day. They are fast and professional. It was a huge relief to find out that everything was dry.
