A couple months ago the remote starter in my wife's vehicle wouldn't start the engine. I called Certified, and a gentleman named Cory answered. Almost instantly I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He was super friendly, laid back, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I went and saw him that evening; we went out to the car and he had the remotes re-programmed in 3 minutes. Super nice guy, knows his stuff, and very outgoing. Stellar personality. Keep up the great work!

September 1, 2020 Today was Day 1 of modifying my new car. The Clifford auto start/alarm system with GPS was necessary so that i was comfortable putting in a great sound system. David, an associate there, was not only knowledgeable about the products he sold, but he also had great artistry when designing an awesome sound system for me. Looking at all the pics that he had of cars that he helped to create, He showed me a car, like mine, that he had completed. It looked (and was) car show worthy. He could do something like that for me, with some tweaks. He said that he would talk to the owner of other car (like mine) and see what changes would have done to improve the system. I like that when you feel part of something bigger, a community of sound enthusiast who are willing to share thoughts just to help you make a better system. Certified Radio on the west end, and assuming all Certified Radio's, easily handled my auto start/alarm system as they said, within the time that they said. At the time that i was there, they discounted the cost for a customer who had to wait a little longer that expected. They acknowledge that a mistake had been made and Certified Radio rectified the problem. David and his team can handle the small jobs with skill and the big jobs (designing my new sound system, led's, the works) with imagination and confidence. Can't wait!

I would absolutely recommend Certified Radio to anyone looking for car audio needs. They have been in the industry for quite some time now and it shows. The work done there is stood behind by their customer service staff. I had a subwoofer installation performed there, while the experience was professional, there were some things that were not up to my expectations. Six months after the installation I decided to reach out to the company with my concerns and was promptly taken care of by Autumn Davis. She treated me with a great deal of respect and professionalism. Autumn was very attentive to my expectations and was quick to make everything right with my installation. Deal with this company with confidence, they stand behind their workmanship, you won't be disappointed.

I have dealt with Certified Radio in Edmonton for a long time now and have gotten to know some familiar faces that work there. Cory has been an extreme help everytime and him and the rest of the staff are friendly and take great pride in what they do. I thank everyone there for installing the greatest sound system in my car that I ever had. Good work to all of you! I am a satisfied customer and you will be happy with them.

Went for a set of speakers for a hino truck, they were polite and helpful, however lacked knowledge, returned with an old speaker from the truck, they had no problem exchanging it, however even with the old speaker I left a second time with the incorrect size, since i opened the box and began the install I'm not sure If they would replace it or not, however I just cant find the time to make it back before they close each day. A for effort, D for execution.
