We recently moved in to our property and decided to get our well water tested. We were shocked when we received the report in December 2019 showing our water was rated very poor - in fact the lowest possible rating! We spoke to three companies about water treatment systems and we decided on Certified Water Treatment and we are so delighted we did. Armed with the detailed report and their own testing they made recommendations on the equipment and media required to address the issues. Their no nonsense approach along with the confidence and assurance they provided that our issues would be solved, and pricing that was 70% less than one of their competitors, made it an easy decision to go with them. In addition, they agreed to install the equipment in the crawl space so it didn't take up space in the garage. The other companies did not want to do that because it required some serious digging! Less than two weeks after placing the order, the equipment was installed precisely as stated. We waited three weeks before having our water re-tested and the results came back rating our water as excellent! We went from water that showed high iron, high lead and coliform being present to water where none of these were detected. I don't normally do reviews but water quality is so important and if you have any doubts whatsoever about your water, I highly recommend you contact Certified Water Treatment.

7/17/2020: And the superior customer service continues! Don't hesitate to use this friendly, professional, timely, honest company!! I was worried about a salty taste in my water. Ken tested the sample I brought in right away and then sent a worker to change out my filter - that same day! He then followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was better. SUPERIOR service!!!
