Efficient, compassionate, and friendly. The staff was fantastic. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Norma the nurse practitioner was so sweet to my son. The medical assist Machelle was terrific. Thanks for the excellent care!

Can your problem be solved with antibiotics? Yes, come here. They will give antibiotics for everything. No, then don't both. This facility does not have much to test with. Try the ER or calling your primary. That's what they'll tell you if it's anything other than something they can give you antibiotics for and shove you out the door.

Each time I have had to visit this ready care clinic they have been friendly, thorough and fairly quick to be seen! I have had nothing but positive experiences and with 3 young children, it’s always a great experience to be in and out quickly! Thank you!

I was recently so sick with influenza that turned into pneumonia! My dr was not in office as he has been tied up at the hospital, and his NP has also been sick. I called one of my NP friends but her schedule was full (at 9 am) so I try RC. I got told by receptionist that it is pointless to get an appointment and I should just come in and sit and wait while I don’t even want to leave the house and with my sick 2 year old! Tell me the advantage to this vs just going to the ER!!?? I felt like reception was just rude, talking over me and gave the worst advice! Thank god this wasn’t my last resource and I was able to be seen at the WCHD and got the help I needed in a sufficient amount of time.
