This is a place where an individual could come literally 24/7 and rekindle their Jewish spark and further strengthen their relationship with Hashem. This is the home and the corridors of the current Rebbe, which as the Nossi Hadoer, the Leader of all Jews, has the ability to serve as the mediator between us and G-d. Such a holy place is obviously to be dealt with as such and it is therefore appropriate to have some form of preparation before attending. This could be anything from giving charity to dawning Teffilin.
