I have bought a lot of very nice cars over the last 30 years. My experience with this dealer was the best of any, by far. Hands down the finest service I have had. I highly recommend Maserati of Wilmington Pike. Ask for Eddie, the best sales consultant I have ever met. He will go out of his way to put the customer first. Tim the sales manager is great and even the finance guy, Scott blew me away with his demeanor and focus on service. As much as I love my new car and was eager to drive it, I didn’t want to leave the building because hanging with this team was so enjoyable. Easy, pressure-free, relaxed and affable, this team is terrific. I won’t write any more, or people will think I am a Bot writing a fake review. But seriously, if you are in the market, this is THE place. They made my 2 hour drive well worth it. 5-Stars. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service- highly recommend! I originally had mixed feelings about going to a high end dealership as the car I was interested in did not have a huge ticket price. I wasn’t sure a “sales” person was going to feel I was worth their time if I was not going for an expensive vehicle. The sales manager Tim was very thorough and made me feel super comfortable. I was confident in my purchase and it just goes to show you they work with a wide variety of budgets. All of the staff is incredible, and super friendly. It really made for great experience to feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I also loved that they did not have to do multiple credit pulls like other dealerships when it comes to financing. They made everything a smooth and quick process. I was then on my way with a nice safe vehicle for me and my son, and for that I could not be more grateful. You will not be disappointed!

This is the first dealership that I can honestly say I had a great car buying experience with. From general manager Jamie came in on a Sunday to crunch numbers for me. On Monday Deneen greeted me and listened to what my wife and I wanted, especially certain price points, and Scott worked his way through the numbers to deliver us the absolute best deal. After working with Audi of West Chester to purchase a vehicle, and having an absolute horrendous experience with their manager, Maserati of Wilmington did everything and more to accommodate us.

From 1st contact through the purchase, he was great! Very accommodating. Even after the sale, he returned a call to me about a question I had. He's definitely works hard for his clients! Went there to buy a car for my son for his birthday the next day as a surprise. We negotiated and agreed on a price and I gave my credit card for the deposit. The sales rep then says he has to go in the back and check if the price is okay with the manager (odd, because he is the one who suggested that price we met at). The manager then comes out and tries to sell me on a 3k warranty (on a 12k car). I say no. Then the sales rep talks to him again and says they are going to do the deal but they first want to complete the repairs they were doing on the car and make sure it's okay first. I had to leave and they said they would call me by 5pm. We had discussed bringing my son the next day as a surprise at 11 and put a bow on the car. They never called me back! Next time, if you don't want to do the deal just say no- don't mislead someone! The result is we didn't have a car for his actual birthday. Ended up buying a car on the internet- which had less miles and was much nicer than the one we were looking at. Was able to get MUCH better financing terms, so obviously they are doing something to pad the interest rate, too. (Oh, and the warranty was half the price they quoted). Shady and misleading.
