Really love the apartment and amenities. Excellent, quiet, and family friendly community. The maintenance staff is top notch and always incredibly responsive to all service requests. Also enjoy the proximity to the park, which allows for easy access to walk in nature.

The Chaddwell Apartments are a warm, friendly community, where the residents are neighborly and the staff is amazing. Each month they host an event from a pool party to holiday party, movie night and pretzel Thursdays. One and two bedrooms apartments are available, some newly remodeled; cats are allowed. At the clubhouse you find a gym, pool, pool tables, outdoor grills with seating and a playground. The master bedroom {2 bedroom} and living room are very spacious. Full size washer and dryer in apts. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery and retail stores only minutes away. Yet the neighborhood is very quiet. Mills Park is across the street, offering summer evening concerts. Conveniently, located right off PA 100, commuting is easy whether you need 100, 202, the turnpike, Lancaster Ave or the 30 bypass. Andi, Rachel and Jen in the rental office are very friendly and they will make your rental process easy. If you aren't at Chaddwell, you're missing out.

We love it here. Great community with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Well maintained, all the maintenance queries are handled promptly. This place is really warm and welcoming.

Great community. Absolutely amazing staff. Rachel and Andy were so nice.. we didn't rent bcos we got a bigger townhouse to rent but had it not been for my kids and the need to have a bigger space , I would have moved here.. thank you Rachel and Andy for your warmth when we toured

These apartments are very clean & nice to stay and very close to all big stores like Walmart & Sam's Club. Especially community hall soooo good to spend your time.
