The very first contact with Chantal was so helpful and although it then took us 12 months before we placed our order we had all the help and support needed to make our decisions about chair design and fabric choices. We were so excited to unpack the chairs from the container and set them out in our auditorium. They looked amazing and the quality and fitting of the fabric is outstanding, as is the robust frame of the chair and the great price. We purchased pew chairs 20 years ago. We added chairs 10 years ago. They all still look amazingly good. Yesterday I contacted Chantal for information. She was very helpful on all three times.
