This was the best opticians I’ve ever been to extremely thorough, extremely patient gave me a service I have never experienced in any other opticians and I’ve been to a few over the years. The girls that work there are so helpful , told me to come back if I had any problem with my glasses if they needed readjusting size wise . Been using Chakshu for years now - ever since they were a pop up! Love their vibe, brand, store - and frames. Always get excellent service (way better than going to one of those chains where you're just basically another number to them). The staff really know their stuff, from which frames are best for you, and creating detailed/thorough tests of your eyes. My optician even showed me a 3D rendering he did of my eyes!

I had a very good experience at this shop. The staff is all very friendly, kind and helpful, and they provide a good service. They have beautiful frames and they are priced reasonably (I compared prices of a certain frame that I wanted, and they offered it at the most reasonable price in London). The same goes for lenses as well. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful find. Fantastically attentive and professional staff, with great attention to detail and really listening to and understanding what the client wants, even if (as in my case) you’re not totally sure yourself. Thank you Chakshu for the best eye test and frame and lens purchase ever. They also have delicious hand sanitizer!
