Placed an order online over 2 weeks ago and cannot get anyone to return multiple phone calls, emails & web requests to understand the status. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Authority Arms is one of our families top choices for gun shops in our area. The staff is always helpful, and very knowledgeable. They don't make you feel stupid if you have questions. We've bought several guns from them, and have never been disappointed.
Staff are knowledgeable and approachable. Bought a concealed carry piece off of them and they were engaging and willing to stand there with me and give me there insight on the different pieces I was looking at. Great group of guys. I will be returning.
Might be a good spot to shop, but I look at the whole picture. Went to this place during normal hours on a Saturday only to be greeted by a hand written sign that I should "go see them at a gun show". I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Always have a good experience here. Josh and his crew keep the store looking good and the prices are good. One of my go to gun stores
Friendly and fair priced
Purchased two firearms there great place great staff answer any questions you may have its a 45 min drive for me but its worth it and ill definitely be going back for my next purchase.
