What brought me to physical therapy is not the result of a recent injury but a lifelong, multidimensional condition. I don’t believe that a cookie-cutter approach would have been beneficial. Instead, what I received was a customized approach to my unique issues. Scott was creative in his methodology, devising targeted and challenging workouts that yielded optimal results. His expertise coupled with a healthy dose of humor meant that I not only experienced quick results, but I actually enjoyed my exercises! He listened patiently to my concerns and generated a blueprint for me to continue on my own. The facility itself is well-maintained, and the cordial staff is fully committed to upholding safety procedures in the wake of COVID-19.

This place was so great that I'll never go back! Normally you wouldn't see that in a five star review, but the therapy worked so well that I got discharged and will be able to continue on my own! The attached photo is me on the day of my final visit with Alex, the physical therapist who worked with me for my time at Apex getting the pain from my herniated disc under control. After losing lots of weight, two surgeries, and trying many different medications to control the pain, nothing had anywhere near the results of having Alex help me identify and strengthen the weak muscle groups that were contributing to the pain. I couldn't be more pleased with the positive and rapid outcome I got from my physical therapy. I couldn't recommend more highly that you visit Apex if you have a need to physical therapy.
I have had various injuries over the years. I continue to return to Excel Physical Therapy in Chalfont because the center is very professionally run, the Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable, and they are thoroughly attentive to each patient's needs to make sure the patient is doing the exercises in the way that he/she will get the most benefit. I recently injured my hand. Marsha Berger-Grant was so on-target in her care that my goals were reached ahead of schedule - amazing! It's a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I know when I go there, I'm in good hands (literally).
I highly recommend Excel Physical Therapy!! Their staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Scott Dickenson worked patiently but diligently to rid me of my back pain. He made PT fun and and I looked forward to my appointments. Heidi, who works at the front desk, was always pleasant and helpful. This facility is the first place I will call in the future for my aches and pains. Thank you Excel Physical Therapy!!
A very positive experience! The staff is great! The facility is very clean, following Covid guidelines. My knee was 100% better when I finished therapy. I also walked away with several exercises and methods to help me prevent injury going forward. I totally recommend Excel.
Although I hope no one has to come here I couldn't be happier with my experience with Josh and the entire staff. I really felt that they cared about my progress and the treatment was top notch. Going to during the pandemic was a bit weird but their COVID protocols were also very well thought out and put me at ease. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
