First visit I was happy it was so close to my home, but the doctor spent just as much time running off how qualified he was as we did discussing my symptoms. Then he preceded to tell me that he studied my diagnosis by watching his son have the same thing. ???? Then sent my pharmacy a list of 4 expensive scripts before discussing them with me first, when all that was necessary was the antibiotic. Was told to wait for discharge papers and waited in the room for 25 more minutes. When I walked out to talk to someone, the nurse had no idea I was still there. Fell sick again three days ago and was too ill to drive anywhere further so I gave it another go. The staff was cold and doctor said whatever you have (she gave me 3 possible diagnosis) it’s too early to tell. You need to wait until it gets worse then come back. So here I am on the morning of my birthday in more pain with no proper medicine. Waste of money and wate of time. PS...maybe tell your front desk staff that having their feet up on the desks while on their cell phones isn’t the most reassuring first impression. I never leave reviews unless they are good ones, it’s kind of my rule, but people need to know to avoid this one.

What a great urgent care. They took excellent care of my Mommie. Very patient with her and made sure they checked everything possible before we left. This will be my back up to Dr from now on. Thanks so much to them! They are as caring as her Drs office. Love to find places that actually care and this is definitely on the top of the list.
I went there today because I couldn’t breathe in my chest.The Dr was not very understanding at all and 50 later,he sent me on my way,stating there was nothing wrong with me,but anxiety? I left and I went to a hospital ER,where they did extensive testing and found out it’s an underlying HEART PROBLEM?! Stupid,uncaring insensitive Dr and I’m so pissed
Went in at 5:35 on a Thursday and no one was in there. Staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly. The doctor was awesome. Walked out by 6:00pm. You legit can’t ask for more from an urgent care!
I came in at 9:45 in a Sunday morning for a sinus infection. There was no one else in the waiting area but It took over 2 1/2 hours. The staff were cold and distant. Would definitely go to a different urgent care facility next time.
Went on a Sunday morning found the web site before going and read directions ,made a appointment . Went at the time they gave in and out with no problems. The physician Dr Robert Davis was very knowledgeable at small emergency's (something in my eye) . Have gone to Einsteins East Norriton location emergency room before and they didn't know how too get(something out of my ear). Ended up going to my family doctor Dr Jenifer O'Connor who is at Grandview Family Practice Chalfont. Gregory Phy
I took my daughter here when she had the flu- we usually go right next door to Grandview medical. We have BCBS Federal emp insurance. Since they accept our insurance at Grandview you would think it was a no brainer - WRONG. I was told they do not accept Federal Employee ins - they are a for profit company. What??? This is why healthcare is such a mess. Avoid this place at all costs - they don't want to treat federal employees - apparently they could not score a contract good enough for their greedy little coffers. Horrible experience - the receptionist who told me "We are a for profit company" needs some training. We pay a lot for health ins and can take our business elsewhere. This place is a joke and extremely unprofessional - Grandview should be ashamed of themselves - my daughter was in tears.
